YO SANTA WHAT IT DO! How’s life up north, Mr. Kringle? Okay. Enough of the crap. Let’s get down to business, fat man. I don’t know if you’ve heard of a little something called “Secret Santa,” but basically, it’s a big waste of money and you rarely even get one of your friends. So get this, jolly old Saint Nicholas. I was involved in THREE this year. That’s right. THREE. Now I know you have millions of people’s needs to cater to every December 25th, but I’m sure you have a sliiiiightly larger budget than I do. Know what this means? I had no money left over to buy myself a Christmas gift! And what do I want more than anything? A NEW OUTFIT WOULD BE LOVELY THANK YOU. So, here’s the deal, Santa: I’ve pulled together some items from Urban Outfitters to create a somewhat festive look. The following info is taken directly from UO’s website. There. I cited it. Can’t put me on the naughty list for plagiarism. “Hawkings McGill Baseball Sweater Jacket” is priced at $39. The “Unbranded Selvedge Chambray Tie” values at $34. “Your Neighbors’ Dress Polka Dot Shirt” (hey, I didn’t name it) costs $54. The “Tripp NYC Skinny Pant” weighs in at $58, and those gorgeous, marvellous, wonderful “Hawkings Mcgill Suede Desert Boots” there are priced $69. This makes for a grand total of $254. (Plus s/h. Dear Santa, I’m really glad you’ve finally gotten adjusted to technology…nobody likes a Luddite. Anyway, I’m writing to say that I’d really, really love a Barbour Beaufort Jacket in Sage with the matching zip-in liner (http://www.orvis.com/store/product.aspx?pf_id=8978). I haven’t yet gotten a winter jacket and have been freezing half to death! I think this is perfect because it’s warm and waterproof and will last a lifetime. It’s all I really want!
